Brain and Spine Problems

My husband is suffering from anxiety attack since 2weeks.niw we will fly 30th may 2020 morning.if my husband will get anxiety attack in flight then how will i treat with it? As a suggestion if i know about any  medicine to treat it then it will helpful for me

I have vitamin b12 and vitamin - D deficiency     2 yrs back and now I have severe palms pain on hands and legs. whenever I wake up the pain is increasing more and i am doing exercise frequently to reduce that pain but its not reducing the pain. Kindly suggest me the tablets for around 10 days for palms on hands and legs pain after lockdown I will go and get blood test and  check up.

Greetings Doctor! In 2016, I was diagnosed with a possibility of Epilepsy. The trigger point was lack of sleep. I was keeping well since the last three years. But I had an attack last year, in the month of August and had an episode two days back. I have had a test done too, nothing conclusive was depicted. My mom is suffering from disc problem, whenever I give heat therapy she is feeling pain and she used to say nerves are going up and she is ued to feel a lot at that time, sometimes even cry, she used to feel some good when I keep some ice at the painful place.
