Brain and Spine Problems

My brother suddenly slapped me above my right ear and i am having pain for 4days and experiencing pain on my right side forehead blockage of ears will this be solved on its own can't go to doc due to pandemic.

My father has a habit of taking sleeping pills everynight for last 10 years. However, on some nights we have seen him waking up at odd hours in night and do weird things as if he is drunk however he does not consume any alcohol. He if starts talking keep on talking without a pause and talk endlessly without stoping similarly if. He eats if starting eating too much...and then he sometime become so stubborn on doing something such as going out to bring something even if it is 2 in the morning and the market will be closed but he insit on driving and going to the market or insist of teaching someone to drive car and become so stubborn that he seeems out of our control and doesn not listen to anything Sometime he is even unable to stand properly or walk but just keeps on talking about random stuff without a pause. Please suggest waht kind of doctor can help us with this issue and what do we do?

Hi, I was diagnosed with JME in 2016, right now I am on 1500MG levipil. Since 2016 I never experienced a single jerk while falling asleep. But recently from past 3-4 months I am having these jerky moments while falling asleep. Recently 3-4 months back my doctor asked me to stop levipil and continue only with oleptal and the very next day I experienced too many jerks so I consulted another doctor and he put me back on levipil 1000mg.But that didn't help. I have approached many doctors, they have added Clonazepam for 15 days increased levipil to 1500mg.it helped me only when I took Clonazepam but now once Clonazepam is over, the jerks are back. It only happens when I am trying to sleep. I never experienced any jerks while I was on levipil since 2016 but past 3-4 months have been tough. Is it because I was asked to withdraw levipil and then start again? Is it the medicine isn't working for me the same way? I am 27 and weight is 45. I have taken so many consultation plz help.

I have been taking epitril 0.5 mg for the past 2yrs now I have been able to taper it down to half but whenever I try to reduce it to one fourth I get up early with scary dreams and lot of anxiety and depression. I have been exercising for one hour every day. Pls tell me how to get rid of this drug without going through any more pain. Thx

Humerus(left arm )is feeling weak/tickling in the inside. Mild tremors in both the hands. Left hand comparatively more. Happens rarely.. but frequency is increasing.. last time this happened was a month ago. Tremors last for 5 mins maximum.but weakness for a long time after that. Pls suggest our next step

Have been experiencing mild vertigo for last 2 days which started when I woke up from bed. Have had a previous history of posterior circulatory brain aneurysm which was treated with parent vessel occlusion through coiling.

My mom fell down in kitchen. Her back head get bulged after putting ice it got reduced. Gave her tt from nearby 24 hours hospital. Next day afternoon she feels like uncosiousness then we again take her to nearby 24hours hospital. They gave trips to her. I am so scared, when she will be alright. We took ct scan too. I attached for reference. Kindly help me on this pls
