Brain and Spine Problems

When ever I stand up, every thing blacks out for few seconds and I become disoriented, today suddenly it increased so much at one time that I had to sit on floor and all my body parts started shaking involuntarily, what can I do to prevent it?

In 2013, suffered from brain haemorrhage. My father have severe migraine problem. Now he is complaining about loss of smell from quite long time. For relief from headache, he takes saridon. He is assuming that Loss of smell has some connection with his past brain haemorrhage.

I am  candidate of hypertension ... To maintain my pressure .I go for walk from few months this happens in my left leg ... I don't feel any difficulty due to this but still have fear of anything wrong

When I wake up I feel fine. Bt after few hrs I start feeling light headedness and I can't sit for long time. I get yaws and headache. Why is it so? Is aslo get tired too early,even after resting fr good 8 hrs

I can not sleep, the mind goes on always there is heaviness in the middle of the head, it seems as if something is cooking inside it always hurts.

I usually got headache on either side of the head at the time of wake up and when I face sunlight or warm climate or after playing any outdoor game during summers I face headache at mid . Headache occurs mainly in summers.I am facing this problem since last 9 years . I tried many medical treatment but not got relief yet. Please recommend for better treatment or medicine.
