Brain and Spine Problems

I have disk bulge in l4 l5 and l5 s1 and having feet weakness and early sciatica symptoms. Exercises reduce pain in back. How can i live a cure myself

Having severe vertigo since last 8 hours now and is not settling at all. Had taken verbet 16. Head is spinning, more when I try to look down. Please help how to control this.

Taking medicine for seizure from last 10 months. There no any episode come from last 1 months. But last 5 days not sleeping in night after 2 AM. He awake 2 AM and not sleep till morning. In day time 2 to 4 hours sleep in any time. medicine giving now valparin 200 one time daily.

It's been 7 years that I have a red color cyst on my scalp which looks like a fluid filled lump...what should I do?There's no pain, nothing.. please tell me if the cyst is of any concern... do I need surgery for it ... I am scared that if there will be any surgery will my hair be removed from the scalp?

Sir/mam I m in stress I m ocd patient I m so depressed of covid19 I m always feeling I m injected from covid since 1months facing this becz one the beginning I faced throat infection now every min I check my temperature come in between 37 to 38 I don't is it fever or normal but I m so unwell since I heard covid have shortness of breath I also started feeling shortness what can do I m so stress getting to deep day by day..?

Hi Doctor, I am a diabetes patient (for aproxx 7 years)but its in control so i dont take any diabetic medicines. But now from the last few months i am having a tingling sensation in my hands and legs in the morning time before. waking up. During the day time when i am working there is no problem.

I suffer from sore neck whenever I am sitting for a long time. As a softwear professional the bad posture due to wfh and added work hours is escalating the pain and discomfort. The soreness in the neck comes within 2-3 hours of me sitting down to work. The soreness escalates to tugging and tingling in the back of my head as the time increases, stress and tension elevates it. Usually it Relieves after I lie down after I stop working after 8-9 hours. But sometimes the pain goes upward and the one side of my head start paining, and sometimes with a slight vomiting urg. I do not understand what this is and am really scared. Is this a neck issue or something else ???
