Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having some sharp pain in head, it occurs on left, right, rear and the center of head. It last long for 2 - 3 seconds and then gone. It happens mostly in the morning. Sometimes the sharp pain comes any time of the day. During cutting and chopping the onions as well. I also feel veins palpitations in head. What could be the reason behind these things? I also feel sharp pain in sunlight.

I have pain in back of neck and head. Seems like dizziness and intense pain.. also pains when resting head I have been suffering from shortness of breath ( sans foolna) on some days. Need to take deep breath sometimes. Had b12 deficiency. Taking meds for that. Hb is 12 Weigh is 67 height 169

I have restless leg syndrome cannot sleep just keep switching sides all night. Dont get sleep for hours after being in bed. Feel the sensation to pee every 10 mins when I'm trying to sleep. It's affecting my life. This has been since lockdown probably because of lack of activity I have an active life in routine. I'm on medicine for depression paroxetine c.r 12.5mg. Kindly suggest some medicine for rls and good sleep that does not interfere with pari c.r 12.5mg

My migraine has become severe the last few days. It's summer and I don't if it has something to do with my increased frequency. If you could give me some quick relief measures it would be great. I have started taking migrainil ec Mint tea does help to some extent

I am feeling weekness and internal lower back tremors feeling when my stomach is empty especially in midnight. Recently adviced to take vit D3 for weekness in thigh and biceps (it's been a month) muscles after the lockdown started. Sleep also not so sound. I am feeling ok when I am with full stomach, or taking ORS. Kindly suggest in best way to treat.

He is not sleeping nd having getting fever monthly 3 to 4 time That time we are using Dolo650 table It's getting control

They told that due to lack of protein it was happening can you plzz suggest anything we live in a small village due to lockdown we are not going anywhere to consult a doctor plz suggest

Symptoms- Ear ringing (mostly in the left ear but rare in the right side), pain deep inside the left ear, felt dizzy and lost balance sometimes, pain in certain parts of the head (pain at certain points of the head, not like a normal headache though). This has been happening since 18 months. Recently before 2 days, I was casually sitting outside after lunch, all of a sudden I had a tendency to fall towards my right side for like 2 hours, where I didn't feel any tiredness or fatigue. (like when we were spinning in circles and later we would likely to fall on one side). The ringing and pain in the ear non continuous (occurs  maybe 5 to 6 times a day, don't know the exact count) and it has been worsening every day (with slight changes, mostly noticeable after a month). I even feel numbness on my face and have a painful shock on right side of the head down to the neck. Why am I feeling like this? What could it be?

Hi am 27 years old I get nerves pain on my hands left n right hands.. Very frequently I get this problem.. Wenever I get this problem I stop moving my hands.. At times I get this pain in nerves of hand n shoulder, neck bones.. Very rarely I use pain killers.. Max I don't take the pain killers for this issue.. Am so worried.. Please suggest.. Many thanks
