Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Sir, For past few months I am having strange sensation.  I feel that things in my peripheral vision are moving.  But when I look at them that are steady.  It happens when I am walking as well.  It feels like everything is changing its position as I am changing mine.  When I move my head, I feel that things in my peripheral vision are also moving along.  It has started happening in all times now.  I am able to sleep and do all other activities.  But this sensation is making me crazy.  I am done with my eye exam and it came out to be normal. I had neurologist appointment as well. But he diagnosed an anxiety. I am insisting him to do mri. But he is convinced that this is nothing but anxiety. This is really disabling some days and I am not able to focus on anything. Except keep on thinking about this.Please suggest what this could be?

My mother has been experiencing shooting Pain that extends from back of her ear to the lower part of neck. At times resonates in the head on the same side. Happens randomly. It's been more than a month she has started to face this Over a period of time she also has had change in posture with right shoulder bending down.

I have gone through MRI and CT scan this week. Whenever my chest pass through the circular portion I feel chilling efeect in my chst horizontally. Like someone has put a mild cold rod on my chest. Is it Normal. I asked the tecnician they said nothing likr this happen may be its AC but i doubt.

I could feel my head and upper body shaking/vibrating inside all the time when I lie down or sit in a chair. But I do not have this feeling when I stand or walk. I also have eye strain for past few days where I could feel my nerves are pulling inside when I close the eyes for sleeping. Sometimes I feel like some sudden jerk/ lightning sensation in brain that last for only one second. I am worrying alot. Can u please suggest what it must be? I am working from home for almost 12 hours. Is it due to stress or anxiety? I am not taking any medications now. Please advise.

Sir, Iam suffering from severe neck pain on back side of right shoulder, it came suddenly by sudden movements of neck feeling like something tear or injury please suggest me how to overcome this problem sir

Hello Dr, My mother has been suffering from Spondylitis since November 2018. In that meanwhile since November 2018 she fell down from a table, suffered from high sugar and high blood pressure and got operated for cataract uptil May 2020. In May 2020, her dizziness and giddiness worsened like hell and one of the Dr detected a heartblock. We immediately got her operated for a heartblock with pacemaker. Ever the Pacemaker surgery her dizziness and giddiness hasn't been there like before but it is still an irritating ailment. For the Dizziness and Giddiness we have consulted an Neurophsician , a neurosurgeon and two ENTs. They have diagnosed her for benign parosyxsmal positional vertigo, and also for migraine induced Vertigo. She has done physiotherapy and manoeuvres like Epleys Procedure and also undergone an vertigo test which detected migraine induced Vertigo. She has taken medicines such as Stugeron, Rejunex, Ecospirin, Sibellium, Stemedil, Dilligen ,Ignicar Syrup, Clopitab. Pls Help!

Parkinson's - problem in balancing while walking.stiffness in left leg. Weakness in back and thigh. No issue with memory. Bp dropping low while standing.

I have anxiety, since few days I'm unable to sleep properly even though I feel sleepy, I think a lot and feel like I cant sleep... maybe i sleep for an hour but i wake up soon and then again feel sleepy but can't sleep...

Burning sensation on my top of my head and hand, also I can feel some swelling over head.Could you please advise what can be the reason, my Hb is 10.8 and my typhoid keeps on relapsing from last two months.I have been taking antibiotics for typhoid though I have mild fever in the evening around 99.4.
