Hi Doctor, I am getting one side migraine frequently, in a week I am getting it for 3 days. What might be the reason for it nd how to avoid it

When I am walking I feel that floor or road below me is moving or swaying. Also cars and building around me feel like they are moving backwards or coming towards me slowly as I move towards them. When I look at things, sometimes things in peripheral vision seem to be moving a little but they are not. Everything feels wierd which is causing lot of worry. This is happening for around 2 months. Some days are worst some are better. Could you please suggest what it could be?
