  4. Severe pain in nerves. Best medication.

Severe pain in nerves
Hello Doctor, From one week I am having severe pain from back of my neck, left side shoulder to the underarms and triceps. The pain point keeps shifting. Tried few exercise. Also took pain killers. But no use. Having multi vitamin Zincovit and Becasules regularly. Additionally do I need to take Neurobion tablets. Please suggest the best medication. Thank you Vivek

Mostly seems muscular pain. Consult with a doctor as your pain is not relived despite medication. Will need evaluation before prescribing medicine. Also stop exercises while having severe pain.
