Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is having dementia since last 2-3 years. Forgetfulness os there Now Situation is getting wornse day by day. Started murmuring all the time.

My mother is suffering from Pain in heel. She has swelling and not able to walk. This problem is there for past one year. Attaching Report for the same. Looking for good treatment and suggestions

I urinate times a day, after urinating I feel thirsty, I have done by sugar test bladder scanning but everything seems to be normal,this is happening for past 10 years, can anyone suggest me why am I urinating so frequent

Today I felt complete dizziness and fatigue like my mind is not working and I have lost my ability to think and felt a lot light headed don't know why even after sleeping full 8 and half hours but the moment I drank water I started feeling good and soon I drank one more glass and I was back normal but still feeling some vibrations in my mind what is it ?may be a low bp ?

My MRI report is normal...I also consultant many Neurology doctor Still not getting relief...Most of days I feel headache...plz help me for right treatment
