Cerebral concussion

I had accident 1 week back had cerebral concussion as told by my doctor, has loss of consciousness for 5-10 min at the time of impact, slurring of speech and disoriented for 5 to 10 min ,I don't remember the incident also.
But after the impact within 1/2 hr I was perfectly ok.
Ct scan was normal..
I want to know that will I have any problems due to it in future.

No. Concussion is like a vibrational injury to your brain cells. It does not cause any structural damage, it only causes short lasting symptoms. In your case if ct scan was normal and you did not have any other symptoms, I wouldn’t worry about it much.
Always wear a helmet.

Unlikely. MRI scan is more sensitive for detecting any injury.
