Hello sir I serving with Indian army and serving in bangalore. I having left side back pain since last one month. Due to COVID 19 pandemic I unable to visit to hosp. Please suggest me any medicine for relief the same

Back pain will need to be evaluated further. Could me muscular or neurological.
For now u can try hot fomentation, and then consult in opd for detailed evaluation
