Can we grow tall?
I'm 23 years old now and I'm just 5'2. I want to grow few more inches of height. Is it possible to do so? I've been doing some research and found that any person can add 3 inches of height by making backbone expand with proper exercises? Is it true? I don't want to try any surgeries.

I have injured my elbow
There's some pain and discomfort in my elbow. It may be due to heavy weight training in gym.
It's exactly little up towards the triceps beside joint.

Foot injury
I fell from cycle, there was swelling in my foot.I showed it to orthopedic and x Ray was fine. I applied bandage for 2 week, the swelling in the feet went away. It has been 1.5 month but I feel pain below my ankle after walking a bit and find it a bit difficult to stand/sit on that foot. what should I do.
