Backache and joints Pain
I have severe backache to the extent that it rolls tears down my eyes. Also there is a lot of pain in the thighs.
Please suggest how should I take it forward.

You can have such severe backache due to :
- Acute Lumbar strain
- Slipped disc
- Inflammatory arthritis
You must consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon who will examine you thoroughly and prescribe Xrays and possibly blood tests to rule out the above conditions. You may need an MRI. Further treatment depends on the clinical examination and reports.
