I often get muscle pull after I have ran for more than 30 mins  . it takes about 20days to recover without physiotherapy

Hi, If your metabolic profile is normal, then you need to consult the physiotherapist  .They can assess the muscle power and do grading depending upon the strength. You can start your exercise programme gradually under guidance. You may have to follow certain precautions.
