Swelling in backbone

Without proper warm up, I started my yoga routine, doing few strong backbends. My back must have gotten tender, ignoring which I did pawanmukatasan, experiencing deep pain where the backbone bends. Pain in heels & arch

I felt slight pain in my left heel in Oct'14. After one month I could not walk for long and after some more days my leg muscles started to feel strong burning sensation. I changed my footwear and it reduced the pain but still can't get up without limping for a few steps. Now right knee is severely aching due to this.
