Over weight

Hi I just consulted Vlcc. The report says I am having 50% fat in my body. Should not be ok. Have to burn 30%. Height-5.7 Weight-79 The treatment is a bit costly. Can I use a workout apps available in Google play. But most of apps are not mentioned about the diet plan. I am planning to start a abb workout. pl. advise.

Hello Sir to reduce weight mainly  three things are important 1 your attitude and mind regarding your weight loss program 2 your exercises 3 your Diet  Better you consult a physiotherapist who may help you to do proper way of exercises and for diet consult a dietitians

Hi your goal is good before starting abb workout u plz consult with a Dietician and first start with a proper diet and avoid skipping morning breakfast. Next u should go walking regularly and do some flexibility exercise and some warmup exercise before starting your abb exercise, better start ur abb workout in supervision of physiotherapist or a gym trainer. To avoid wear and tear and strain.
