Hi Doctor,
I fell down from my scooty and gets legament injury in my left ankle. Doctor suggested for a plaster of 3 weeks. Is there any solution for legaments trearment to avoid plaster. Also, if I got plaster, shall I keep that for 2 weeks instead of 3. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

For ligaments injury best treatment is immobilization either by bracing or casting, requires three weeks to heal, if you don't want can have ankle binder but it is always compromised treatment
