Bone & Muscle problems

I have undergone a acl and miniscus tear surgery 4 weeks back. Currently i am doing excercises suggested by doctor at home do i need to under go any session or are this excercises are good i am attaching the excercises i am doing. Currently i am not facing any abnormal pain ot swelling only i am facing stiffness after bending 90 degrees and i am walking without anu aid. Adding to the above after how many dsys i can walk properly like before surgery i am using rom brace with 90 degree extension.

My dad is suffering from serious muscle pain. I have already consulted a doctor and he said that I would get reduced gradually and gave some tablets. He asked my dad to take x ray and said that muscle has depreciated. Is there any other solution to this problem?

Every night when I lie on my bed to sleep I feel my calf muscles are paining my leg. It has been close to 1 year and happens more aggressively in winters, but the pain persists at all times

Hi Dr I have around 3 to 4 inches gap between legs. I feel very embarrassing so please suggest how to be it straight and shape. I don't want any surgery. Please suggest medicines and leg exercises so that it be straight.

My mother was diagnosed with Osteophorosis and she is fine. Since she is experiencing more pain in Femur and hand and legs. Took for consultation and did MRI where they have asked to take Terifrac medicine.

I had a ligament acl full tear on 13 august 2015 , stayed on bed till operation on 9 september 2015 , doctor don't tell me to excercise so i was on bed for around two weeks ,then when i reached the consult the doctor who has done my operation he told me to excercise , but in 1-2 weeks sudden infection occured in the knee area of operation, then after doing excercise irregularly for few months my doctor consult me fr another operation in which i was given anesthesia and my leg was folded forcefully .my leg was folded nicely at the time of operation but when my doctor open up the plaster after 2 days my leg was again stuck .now my leg foldes about 85degree but not full. help me i am unable to even sit on chair properly . anyone who can help me for folding my leg please help me.

I have pain in both of thigh from last 1 year (inner thigh, side of thigh, front of thigh) In starting pain is minor and come and go most of Time bt now a days it's goes worst. Pain is all time on my thigh both side..pain is not too much bt always irritating (pain) me. Pain is goes worst when am sleep and sit..at walking time not paining bt when am stand for long time pain is too much. What kind of pain is this??and when my hip is pressed pain goes to side and front of thigh. Because of this pain I can't concentrate on my study..i consult 3 Orthopaedic doctor bt no help now what can I do?? Plz advice me am so stressed bc of this irritating pain..is muscle pull or something as???
