I got this injury in gym 3 yrs ago while working out shoulder it does not pain regularly but if i do push ups jogging or any shoulder exercise it starts pain even in x ray it showning normal

Hello..
We urs quite possible that it is ligament injury as its been lingering for a long time...x Ray you cannot see ligament injury..
It's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined and then see what is to be done... physiotherapy will help in such cases... take rest too...thank you
