Hi there...I can understand your concern. It looks like you might have muscle sprain or spasm. It will only keep on increasing if you continue your activities. You need to completely rest it for one or two weeks. You can consult a physiotherapist for some stretching excercises. Consult a orthopedic for further evaluation. You might need anti inflammatory and analgesics.
