I feel pain in my left buttock so much without any reason, i did not got any injury or something. I move my left buttock so much because of pain. I can't relax that area. It's been 1 year. Can you please tell me what is this?

I am 31 yr old. 4 days back I was sitting on floor and as soon as I got up my knee pain from back and front and unable to stand staright or bend. It has little swelling around front and back both.  What it can be ?

When I was in class 8, I had fallen while cycling and got 32 stiches internal and external on my left knee joint area but it was fine I recovered.. Last year when I started exercise and did 300-500 skipping I was unable to walk with my left leg and doctor told me that my left leg knee is sensitive so I should not do any jumping or skipping and advised not to do exercise for 1 year.. Now after 1 year has passed I joined one yoga school, everything was going smoothly but after 19 days of practicing Ashtang and Vinyasa flow yoga which is little intense I am again feeling on my left knee and now I am unable to perform yoga.. So what should I do.. I am just 20 years old, should I never do exercises, yoga because after some time of practicing it I get pain in my left knee and I am unable to do that.. So because of my stiches will I never be able to follow my passion.. Please suggest me.. Thank you in advance.

I am on fibreglass cast from 16 days as there is little fracture detected on my right leg 5th metatarcel base bone which is Avulsion fracture I guess, please confirm the same. I am taking currently Calcium and Cissus Quadrangularis Tablets since from the day plaster is ON, I have below questions, 1) I am feeling very uncomfortable and I want to remove plaster, is it ok to remove plaster in next 1-2 days and I will take care to not put waight on plaster leg for next 2 weeks so thus I will complete a month with no bearing waight on my fracture leg 2) Before removing plaster, Can i do Xray and if Xray says that my fracture is healing (which is the stage when Dr suggest remove fracture) , then can i remove my plaster and be immobilized at home for next 2 weeks 3) Looking at my Xray is it minor fracture or major one? 4) I am taking above tablets what are chances that my fracture bone started healing and safe to remove plaster

Hi. My cast was removed after 4 weeks of fracture and cast. It was 6 weeks planned, but there was lot of itching and prickling pain inside cast due to skin peel., so it was removed. After 3 days of cast removal, still there is pain. X ray done shows similar crack with gap. Not improved. What should i do next. Plz suggest.
