A few days earlier while lifting weights I heard a sound from my shoulder and felt that there is a tear of some kind. What should I do. How can I know whether it is a dislocated shoulder?

In MRI L4-5disc degenarated doctor advised laminactomy and disectomy is any problem with this surgery in future. Is any chance to cure without surgery 5 days back i got sevier pain back and legs also i canot able to sit after one day i am ok. I took complete bed rest now i am ok My relatives advised dont go for surgery what. Shall i do

I'm 5'11 and used to be 60kgs in 2011 and a Professional Cricketer. I stopped playing after I had a surgery to my duodenum the same year, post which I have gained a lot of weight and now I weigh 89kgs. I have rekindled my interest in Cricket but when I run my shins hurt to the extent that I can't run any further and no matter what I do, it just doesn't get better. Any suggestions around this? I understand I need to loose weight, but how can I loose weight when I can't even run 1km.

I had suffered an ankle fracture 5 weeks back. Was in cast for 4 weeks. Now the cast is removed but I am experiencing pain around the fracture area while walking. Is this usual. The X ray was taken with the cast and as per the physician I consulted the fracture is recovered. I am experiencing the pain only while walking. I am afraid if something is wrong. Could you please suggest.
