Bone & Muscle problems

Suffering from pain in upper back area. Probably pulled a muscle. It pains to move neck below. Also pains to move right arm sometimes.

Since 4 days I have pain in between my hips, don't know what exactly it is. Inner side of my right n left hip in the beginning of the hips are paining. Little swelling. Eating signoflam, nucoxia 90,diclomol to suppress the pain, as soon as the medicine effect gets over, I again get pain. I don't know if I'm explaining my problem nicely... I had loosemotions a week ago, generally I have constipation little bit.. When having loosemotions too much the bone in the middle of the hip pains, I have pain around that area. Don't know if it's related to bone or bowel issues.

Nearly 4 weeks back i hurt my thumb while playing volley ball, I have consulted general physician they have told "it doesnt look serious , it will heal by itself" a few days back it was paining so, i took x-ray and consulted few ortho doctors , everyone puts different opinions like it could be "bone moving out of position" or "ligament injury". Also as a part of treatment some have advised me of put my thumb in warm water and some in cold water. presently i'm clueless what is exact cause for my pain , is it a major issue or not and what treatment method should i follow.

Im in color guard & i've had to do this roll over & over & i think its the cause of my back hurting . The pain is on the left side around the hip line but before the butt. It only really hurts if i lay down on the floor and/or kind of rub it in a certain motion . Its been like this for 3 months now . I've tried icing it but it dosent do anything .

I am having backpain frequently due to longer seating hours and other muscles pain occurs. Posture related issues can be the major problem

My daughter  read in class 9 she have pain her my back and shoulder and neck too since she was in 8 class

In my right pain I have continously mild pain. If I am sitting regularly for couple of hours I am start having severe pain. I am not able to sit cross leg even to 10-15 mins

I fell down and had pain in my elbow. Gone to hospital and they confirmed its fracture and had done plaster. But i want to change my plaster as it's quiet heavy and hampers everything. Can i use the synthetic one.

Yesterday my 12 yr old som fell from his cycle and his hand (slightly above wrist) has mild swelling. All Movement is also there but certain movement or pressure causes pain. need advice to ensure that it is not a fracture
