Shoulder arm and neck pain
I have problem in c3 c3 and c5. As per mri there is bend. Due to which shoulder arm and neck pain start about every 3 months. At present severe pain

Bend is OK. Do you have a disc prolapse also on MRI. What has your ortho told about the MRI. If no disc prolapse and neurological involvement then consult physio.
