Bone & Muscle problems

Pain and swelling in body. Can't move legs n arms n neck. Don't able to walk properly. I think it is rheumatic arthiritis

Due to heavy weight pulling, lifting. Left lower back - near hip bone sprained. Resting for 2 days. No pain when laid back. Pain if I sit or stand.
