From past 4 days i had a strong pain in my left leg below knee ,when i take pain relieve it will stop for 4-5 hours after that again start the pain

Hi I am 40 year old .Me and my mother both have osteoporosis We are taking calcium regularly for many years along with vit D sachets but cannot find any difference. Please suggest a solution. Also secondly please let me know what happens when uric acid increases in the body and what could be the solution for it. Thanks.

I have been observing that my chest is getting narrower year by year. The lower part of rib is almost bulging out from front on both the side. Is there any way i can have broad chest? Can this be overcome with compressing braces?

I am suffering from hip joint avn vascular necrosis but dont want to go for replacement surgery so required any other option for the same.

Approximately 3-4 years back i got a serious deep injury just under my right knee.i was hurted by a rod.yesterday when i went to a surgeon he told me sit on my foot.i was unable to do that.tgen he told me to consult a physiotherapist because my muscles are stuck.i dont know why but i am not satisfied because the surgeon with checking anything told me to consult a physiotherapist.is he right?

My aunty fell down at door step and her right led patella has broken. We have taken her to nearby hospital and there surgery happened. Broken patella is Integrated with a sting now. After surgery she is able to fold her leg max upto 90 degree not more than that. Now question is in future is there any hope that she will be able to fold her leg fully? By any surgery or medication or physio therapy? Please advise. Thanks

Couple of days back, i played shuttle and the next day I have had pain in the leg and toe. But now the pain is more severe and only in the toe.

Hello actually I had met with an accident before 24 days and my left elbow had four fractures ..and it is settled by fix the three screw by operation....now it's time to take physiotherapy..please revert me for the same.... thank you...

Not much swelling is there but pain is there.. Did crepe bandage yesterday night but still pain is there but no swelling
