I am suffering from avn of hip.i have been using bisphosphonate since 10 month.i have a tooth decay.few days ago i underwent a rct.but then pain is persisting. Should i take antibiotics..am i at a greater risk of developing onj.i have been advised by my orthopedic to take zeldronate 5mg iv.should i take the medication or wait till my tooth infection is healed.

Had gone for picnic at sea sore, had a banana ride, while boarding to boat right hand twisted. But it was later realized.

I went through an ACL surgery 4 months back . I still have pain n swelling n walking problem....i need to know why is it so n what to do for the betterment.

It was broken on Saturday. It's swollen to double in size, hot to the touch, not discolored, but there's bruising on the big toe and the middle toe. I walk about 3 miles to and from work. I'm also wearing supportive shoes and have it buddy-taped. Should I go to the ER to get it reset, or does it sound like it's healing properly?
