Bone & Muscle problems

I crushed my ankle years ago and still to this day it hurts when I stand for a long time or when I work and it keeps me awake most nights with a strong growing pain it is also very sensitive to the touch and my back hurts to the point it takes everything to get out of bed I have a skin condition on my back that has covered it and into my chest I'm wondering if that has something to do with the muscle aches in my back and I'm also wondering y my ankle is so sensitive and hurts me so bad when the surgery was 8 yrs ago I just want the pain to stop

Please suggest me exercise, sleeping posture, should i use hot or cold pad when I am told there are chances of slip disc.

I am 18 and desiring to join gym soon. Previously i went to gym for a month and git veey good results. I got good bidy shape abd muscles. This time my trainer suggested me to take supplements before starting to train. So i wanted to know which supplements i should intake for best muscle development and to have a perfect body. Abs are my priority

My right hand shoulder muscle is swelling day by day nearly it gone for 1+ year . It is genetic & got from my dad . It can be in my whole body like my dad if i would not get a better treatment .

After doing push up in daily exercise feeling pain at soldair joint..I am feeling like that some heavy weight is kept over my soldair.
