Bone & Muscle problems

My right hand sholuder look like dislocation of bone but no as bhu doc. say it is muscular diastrophy & sweeling of muscle . It is just near the shoulder in between elbow & sholuder , my right hand has become very slim in compare of left hand . I'm not able to move my hand properly , cary havy weight etc. It's genetic i had got this from my dad he have this problem in his whole body & he had got this disease from her mother but my dad brother didn't get affected but my dad 2 sister's get affected . As doc. Says that it could be raise in your whole body their is no cure for this only do exercise & try not to increase . So , plz i request you all who is seeing my this post plz help me & tell me the cheapest cure of this disease .

I had chickenpox 2 years back since than i have been feeling constant mild pain and burning sensations around my legs while walking it get worse and with a 1 or 2 days rest it gets better.i don't understand what it is please help

Good morning   Am an amateur athlete who have run ultra marathons.  During one of half marathons , my left leg suddenly wasn't falling in place in accordance to the rhythm. There was no pain at all though. ( happened 4months ago ).  Post that after 2km this occurs ..left leg doesn't fall in accordance to rhythm.  In the last 3 months have done multiple treks , have walked 170 km ..theres absolutely no discomfort.  The issues comes only when I start running !  Kindly advise.  Thanks

I want to know some effective ways that is exercises, activity, deit etc. That can increase my height by alteast 2 inches. Os it possible to increase height at 19 years age.please suggest some effective ways. Thankyou

In a span of 4 years, my right shoulder has dislocated 4 times. The last dilocation occured 2 days ago. Slight pressure from arm movement from above my head results in the dislocation. When shoulder gets dislocated, I was able to put it back in place myself. The last time it happened, it was difficult for me to put it back but I did after 20-30 minutes of pain while I lay on the floor like a statue.

It's very difficult to deal with ucs and LCS. My whole body is uneven. Posture problem and now this LCS and UCS has affected my spine and now got disc diffuse. My muscles are getting tight and weak day by day. Need urgent help

I started with mild calf strain 4 weeks back, rested for 2 weeks, then worked out in gym again, it made situation worse and it became grade 2 or moderate tear, resting since last 2 weeks, after 5 days since moderate strain, went to office and walked in limping or awkward position, it extended the pain right up to ankle, Achilles' tendon, now since last 24 hours my feet is swollen and I am having extreme pain, taking altraday and myoril as advised by doctor since 25 days, has altraday caused swelling in my leg and extreme pain as I keep my leg or ground , had colour venous doppper as well 2 weeks back, it said no obvious interruption of muscle plane but gastronomeus head is hurt

I had disc bulge, taken physiotherapy treatment and fine. Later not used tablets as per doctor advise ( MEAXON PLUS (for nerve) and CCM (calcium tablets)... Now as there is heavy pain in lower back, I called doctor and he advised to take CCM Tablet and Lyrca Tablet..And after intake pain reduced gradually in three days, but not completely.. Now my problem is for past two days in mid night around 2am-3am getting heavy pain suddenly in lower back and to sides in such a way that I can't able to turn a side/move, again by morning it will be almost free.. Why so ???
