Bone & Muscle problems

I had a fall on a cement floor, and bruised my left foot, near the big toe, around tue parr where the foot meets the toes. Rounded in shape, still kind of fresh from the injury, slightly healed. Injury sustained on the same spot which had received the same type of injury 2 years ago Doctor prescribed Bactafuz Cream and Dolo 650 My query is that should the wound be covered with guaze or left open for faster healing, because my school starts soon.

My outer foot was crushed by a chair. The person sitting in the chair was 320 pounds & the chair weighs at least 6-7 pounds itself . Instantly my foot began to swell, and couldn't bare any weight. Now 3-4 hours still painful but can put a little weight on it .

Please suggest me what would be the correct posture of push ups.Because i am suffering from soldair joint pain after doing pushups.And the pain is on bone,not in muscle,while moving the hand upwards feeling the pain at soldair joint.

Having lower back pain and having some nerve problem in my right leg my nerves near my right ankle have some swelling and pains a lot..

My bone scan result says increased activity at the sternomanubrial junction and throughout both sacroiliac joints is most likely related to physiological activity. What does that mean. Also says Foci of moderate increased activity in the region of bilateral acromioclavicular joints and tight lower thoracic spine at about the T11and T12 levels suggesting multiple areas of arthritic changes. Does that mean I have arthritis cause I am only 34 years old?

I ve been having a knee pain since few weeks while getting up from the bed early morning it pains a lot and could not bend my knees properly it pains so bad at left side my knees

My X ray report is normal and Mantoux test is negetive.MRI report says Lesson involve in 3 Rd metatarsal and cunciform bone Edematous soft tissue of the dorsum of right foot and also soft tissue surrounded the 3rd metatarsal bone

Sirs, I'm having muscle pain im my both lesgs, 1 year ago I'd same problem and after treatment docter adviced me some liqued medicine to balnce calcium and magnesium something in my body, can you please advise me any medicine or what I need to do right now to get fast relief. Please suggest!
