Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in the palm of my hand. when pressure is applied to the middle of my hand it is horrible, and has worsened over time. this started when i stared to play volleyball, and i play volleyball year round and this makes playing very difficult! i am on the path to getting a scholarship but this pain is just so bad! this has been going on for about 2 years. sometimes it even hurts to hold a pencil.

Met with a small accident 2.5 months ago. The wound has healed but pain is still there in the ankle n when i went back to my doc she saiid it must b because of some inner tissue which would have got hurt.. n she prescribes me some calcium tablets n an oil... i had the tablets for 15-20 days but pain is still there... i can walk quite properly but feel pain when try to run or when i go up and downstairs.. also it pains n ankle feels a little stiff when i keep my leg in one position for some time say half an hour or more..

Sir, Am 29yeras old, weight 59kgs, height 5.2 Fts. Am suffering disk bulge problem since 3years. The problem is below 40%. I get the pain 10days in a month. I don't do any type of work outs. i am gaining weight day by day. Please suggestions​ best exercise to loss my body fat. Thanking you sir.

I had a steroid shot back in October for a torn rotator cuff. There was bruising at the injection site that I thought would go away but it still hasn't. Is this something to be worried about?

Since last 5-6 months she is having frequent joint pains specially in hand fingers , ankle . Got blood test done recently for uric acid and RA factor in which uric acid is ok around 4.45 and RA factor is slightly more 15.5. She is taking homeopathic medicine for last 3-4 months. Some improvement is there but not much. Kindly advise.

2 years back i got an serious injury. It was a deep wound just below my right knee.a rod got into my leg. From then it is paining slightly. But from some days it is paining hard. I got an xray but the doctor said that there is no problem. Everything is good. But it is paining. What should i do?
