Pain in pelvic region
Hi, I got a muscle pull (not sure is it with muscle or nerve) while sitting in the car with both the legs (with a gap of one month). I was expecting i will reduce but it got worse more day by day. I feel pain in the pelvic region ( at point of of hip and upper body front side) , inside the hip back region and some times i feel pain transfers to knee. I am not able to take stairs (but no problem when taking stairs down), not able to do squat, cross leg sitting, kneel down. Some times i dont feel pain at all but sometimes the pain is more particularly while walking and if try to take steps ( pain starts inside the back hip and pelvic region). Actually confused whether is the problem with muscle or nerve. Gt xray done, bone is obsolutely fine. Looking for some medicine and remedies. Thanks

It is difficult to assess from an online consultation where the problem is. It could be back related or hip related. You will need examination and investigations to see what the issue is and what the remedies will be. I do Consultations at Manipal Northside Hospital Monday to Saturday 9AM to 1PM. You can make an appointment to come and see me.
