Have been having pain in the right pubic mound and the groin area (inner thigh) Did MRI and it has been mentioned that it seems to be oestitis pubis and mild SI joint issue Did blood tests to confirm no arthritis No hernia Doing physio currently but the condition is not got any better. Very slow progress. Certain exercises hurt more than others.

I have complete rapture of ACL is there any non Surgical treatment. I'm a athletic fitness trainer which make ACL so critical to be fixed. Please advise

Female, 70 Fell on lt hip, severe pain, no discoloration. Hosp X Ray negative, results contusion. 48 hours later still severe pain when attempting to stand. Have been icing 4 times a day, when can I expect pain to subside and when can I start moving or exercise leg.

Hi , I am Aravindkrishnan from Coimbatore . I just want to understand the intricacies of knee replacement surgery. My mother in law has to go for Knee Replacement surgery-Revision(Since her primary surgery was unsuccessful ). Our surgeon prefers foreign vendor knee than Indian vendors. Surgeon also says cost difference of foreign suppliers over Indian suppliers is around 2 lakhs (approx. ). Since it is revision , please guide me to choose the type of knee. Do we have quality standard for Indian vendors ?? How good it is ??.

I am a girl, and I was punched in the jaw by a man.Now have very limited motion of my mouth. Difficulty chewing and swallowing. Continuous popping in the ear.

Its been less than 20 days since my ACL reconstruction on the right knee. I am now on a single elbow crutch. In the mornings, it is very painful to straighten out the leg. Should I wear the knee splint while sleeping to keep my leg straight? Also there is pain and some swelling in my right foot. There are some areas in my foot that are black in colour and a bit painful when I try to walk. What should I do? I have stopped elevating my leg while sleeping. My only medication now is Naprosyn 250 mg and Becosule. Please guide.

I injured my lower back 3+ years ago. I'm 26, injury occurred at 23. I received an MRI that was not done correctly 3 years ago. I just received MRI results for the second time. The doctor suggested I go to a well know PT guy. When I arrived at PT, the doctor looked at my diagnosis and believes that it is not fully recoverable. I've had constant minor pain/soreness with recurring severe pain. Here is what the results state. I thought maybe someone could explain thoughts so I could better understand next steps. L4/L5 - There is a foca central/right central disc herniation at L4/5 with some intrinsic signal heterogeneity in keeping with annular fissuring posteriorly. There is mild associated central canal stenosis. There is mild left and moderate right subarticular stenosis with mass effect and mild impingement of the descending right L5 nerve root. There is crowding of the descending left L5 nerve root. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.

Sir, since yesterday morning I had faced gout attack on my left feet, on the joint of big toes. I need a medical attantion or at least I need tablet to relieve such pain.
