While doing gym i started pain in my right hip 2years before...after 6 months d pain started to groin area that radiated till knee back my right leg also feel tired n heavy very fast. Its had affected my normal life routine. Please help me for this problem.to whom should i consult

I dislocated my shoulder 5 days ago and they put it back in, my arm is now in a sling for the next 3 weeks and im on painkillers. My question is, is it still possible to make aa trip to another city tomorrow? it's been planned for months, but it would involve a 10 hour train ride (+the journey back) and a doctor my sister spoke to said it might hinder my recovery and the shoulder might not set properly because of the train movements and such. Please advise on what to do, I'm desperately bummed about this. :(
