2 months ago i have accident in bike then 10 days ago i have pain in my right leg so i am going to doctor and take mri so he hel mi my femoral head small fractured and need to operation to blood cerculate to my femoral head . sir plz help me what can i do ??? and my age is 26 i dnt want to operation

My leg bone (area below the calf muscle and above the ankle) feels weak and keep hurting a lot specially in winter, if my leg comes in contact with the cold surface it feels kind of frozen and hurts even more.

I am having pain in my lower back & on my sitting area. Basically the pain is on on left side and it's been there for 3 months now. Earlier the pain was less and was not continued every day. Each time I bent my hand a pop sound happens to come and this thing happens to all major joints of the body . And when i walk a distance more than 2 or 3 kilometers then that day my both leg pains and next day the pain goes.

I experience severe calf pain while walking / running which requires me relax and proceed again. While walking it pains for few seconds and I will be able to walk freely once I cross that pain barrier.
