Heel and Foot pain
I am having heel pain constantly through out the day, and its high at night. Also slight pain in the sole ( a line through 2nd toe nail). I am using doctors soul flat footwear

Calf muscle or sole of foot tight means heel pain occurs.
Apply hot water bath to that area daily morning and evening
