Bone & Muscle problems

Sir I m going regular for physiotherapy for my meniscus tear and acl pcl grade 1 sprain till I go for surgery. I m in defence and will go for treatment after my leave ends 1st week of next month . Sir plz tell me for further suggestions if required for me. Can I play sports as earlier I used to. I want to play games.

After delivering my first child,in February this year, I've been experiencing pain in my left heel and the soft part above the heel. Recently, the same pain has affected the right foot. If I'm lying down or sitting for a while and then stand, I'm unable to put pressure on both heels.

Pain in upper left hand below shoulder. Have taken an injection in the shoulder for same. Feels as if a lump of flesh is around the bone and hurts if not exercised. It has been three months tried various medicines but to vaun

During my childhood (9 years old) i used to suffer from a severe pain in my joints, hands and legs. I visited a specialist in bones and after a 3 months of course it was cured. From that day i just had pain when i walked a lot or skipped any meal. But from the past 3 months that pain is back in my life with more severity and the pain now is in the entire legs and hands. Can you please suggest ?

I have back pain in lumber and carvical also .in MRI investigation found bulging disc in lumber an carvical.i am doing exercises continue but not getting full relief .

Still pain in neck and shoulders. Right and left both. Doing regular exercises. Morning and evening both.

I have been having pain on my rt knee from last 1year. MRI reports shows that partial tear of acl& old injury of miniscus.

I am having swelling over my right collar bone since I fell down while riding bike  and there is immense pain in shoulder movement.Though backwards movement of shoulder isn't causing any trouble.There is cracking sound every now and then at the collar bone while I try to move my shoulder.Kindly advise.
