Chronic lower back pain
I am a 26 year old male with episodes of crippling lower back ache.. It starts in the lower back and when i try to move around or bend it feels like an electric shock travelling down my leg.. I have had multiple episodes in the past... but they usually relieve with some rest, painkillers and local heat application. My job has long hours of standing

Hello well it's quite possible that you are facing muscular spasm... suggest you to use any analgesic spray for the time being... it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined to r ule out causes related to spine or postural problems...thank you..meet a doctor
