I had an injury before 3 months back. Some doctors said that there is a fracture and ACL tear. docter put a kacha plaster for 15 days and after that 45 days pakka plaster cast put on knee. but after removing the cast My thighs became thin, compared to other thigh And now I have to help to the stick to walk. Plaster has been open for 40 days. I have not done any surgery yet. Do I need surgery? and please assist what should i do for my thin thigh and full leg .How to make my leg like a thick.. please give appropriate advice.. Thanks..

Due to 2monthes of immovablisation and less activities your leg muscles get atrophied ie becomes think.
You can consult any Physiotherapist; he can teach you graded resisted exercises and it will be normal
