Shoulder and joints pain
I have been having shoulders and neck pains. Consulted doctors and took medicine and ex-ray. One Dr. said nerve damage and other said because tension. Hoever now the pain increased and some time is seivier with back side of shoulders and joints.

In the neck and upper back the trapezius muscle is stiff the pain occurs. So you apply hot water bath fully to neck and shoulder.
Next Steps
Do rotation movements for neck and shoulder clockwise and anti clockwise for ten times morning and evening
