Bone & Muscle problems

My orthopedist advised Defcort 6mg, Gabapentin 300mg, Baclofen 10mg and Folic acid 5mg for increased RA factor(138 U/ml) and by seeing clinical symptoms. Last night, I took Defcort 6mg at 9pm and Gabapentin at 11:30pm. But, around 4 o'clock at morning, both palm became little numb and I was sweating a little. Is this side effect or something else? (Earlier I was taking 200mg Gabapentin for 10 days, doctor increased this to 300mg since yesterday)

Some of the hand finger feels stiff and a small bit of pain in the morning. After a few minutes it goes away.

I'm having an issue of pain in my neck since some days and the pain is consistently at one point in my neck , I'm worried about that what it is Cervical spondylosis  or something else? Do I consult a doctor or it is normal

After doing heavy lifting, i pulled my back muscle and chest muscles chest stiffness is getting better, but i can still feel back stiffness and sometimes tingling on left side should i worry?

Hi I am 30 years old .From last week I have pain in my both legs and heels.pls tell what is the reason.

I am having pain in my lower back with is radiating to the hip. While I walk in the evening its good but again starts at night. While walking it pains a little bit but while sitting a long time and then while  standing it pains.

I am experiencing a lower back pain from last 15 days and its sometimes paining sometimes its gone away and i am student so there is 8/9 hours of sitting and all and i do travel daily 1/2 hours by scooty or bike or car or bus . I do feel pain when i sneze, i sit on knees or i bend down dont know what to do ?

Hi,I had followed strict deit for cholesterol control, and did cardio and lost 8 kg in 2 months...due that i had knee pain. This started a year back...now i have back pain... sometimes my ankle pain... overall one or another joint pains. Knee pain is also the same...not improving...have gone to multiple doctors but no one is giving me a solution... searched on internet and found that it might be due to reduction in synovial fluid...please guide me what to do ...i am attaching my recent xray of knee joint. Hello I'm 29 years old..had sweet pain on my left ankle for 10-12 days and on the opposite side of my ankle too..but from the last 2 days its unbearable like I'm not able to move it  till 180° or even not able to give pressure on that side of foot..there is a sharp pain. What it could be.
