Bone & Muscle problems

Its been 3 weeks of my fracture.Pain has reduced but i unabke to sit or walk. Taking ultracet twice daily with bed rest. How long will it take to heal?

IMPRESSION: MR imaging features are consistent with: o Partial loss of lumbar lordosis with appearant straightening of spine. L4-5 disk show partial degenerative disk desiccation. o o L4-5 1level shows broad based posterocentral and left paracentral disc protrusion and causing mild compression of the thecal sac & mild compression of left exiting nerve roots. o Posterior peripheral annular tear at L4-5 disk.

I am 47 while  doing my daily house hold works. I am feeling my knee back side stretching a nerve and getting pain. Also back side it was swollen. Some time I feel my legs are very heavy.
