L5 S1 Nerve Compression
Hi, I am suffering from L5S1 nerve compression. Pain starts from lower back - hips - upper thighs- lower legs. Need physiotherapist for TENS & Ultrasound therapy immediately. Location JAIPUR.

Any orthopedic evaluation, x ray / MRI was done ? Consult an orthopaedic surgeon before going for physiotherapy

Avoid any heavy weight lifts, physiotherapy - IFT of lumbar spine. Take Painkillers, Muscle relaxants and PREGABALIN. That should help you.
