Hi i am 37 yr old. Now a days i feel pain in my both knees which I never feel before. Pain is like when I put pressure in my knees then only I feel pain. In normal while walking or sleeping or standing I don't feel any pain.
What is this why it's happening. Kindlly suggest

Active Joint Range of Motion Exercises-Full flexion/Extension to be achieved at 1 week, followed by Static and Dynamic Quadriceps/Hamstring
• Watch for increased Pain/Swelling/Stiffness/Redness/Fever. If present, visit the nearest hospital immediately.
• Avoid ground-level activities like squatting and cross-leg sitting. Use English/sitting commode for toilet activities.
Go with x ray of both knee in standing position, then u require vid d3 and calcium supplement.
Avoid squatting and climbing stairs frequently, follow Physiotherapy like quadriceps strengthening exercises
