Pain in knees
Hi i am 37 yr old. Now a days i feel pain in my both knees which I never feel before. Pain is like when I put pressure in my knees then only I feel pain. In normal while walking or sleeping or standing I don't feel any pain. What is this why it's happening. Kindlly suggest

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a pillow under the  knee. --. Could be cartilage issue along with vitamin D deficiency For an accurate diagnosis, a detailed assessment with clinical examination and proper history followed by appropriate investigations is needed.

Active Joint Range of Motion Exercises-Full flexion/Extension to be achieved at 1 week, followed by Static and Dynamic Quadriceps/Hamstring • Watch for increased Pain/Swelling/Stiffness/Redness/Fever. If present, visit the nearest hospital immediately. • Avoid ground-level activities like squatting and cross-leg sitting. Use English/sitting commode for toilet activities.

Go with x ray of both knee in standing position, then u require vid d3 and calcium supplement. Avoid squatting and climbing stairs frequently, follow Physiotherapy like quadriceps strengthening exercises
