There may be variable reasons for bodyache. If it has been there for a long time, better to go for some investigations to rule out possibilities of Joint Inflammatory disorder or any other arthropathy. If it is temporary,  take analgesic,  calcium,  multivitamin,  vitamin D, iron supplements for general strength improvement.
