Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor, My grandmother had fractured thigh bone implant surgery on 22nd april. Recently, a week ago she developed a severe fever and after diagnosing it, it was found that she had much infection in her blood. She was admitted in hospital and given "pizofast" antibiotics and other medicines during her hospital stay. After discharge, she is good but she has pain inside the stitch wound near the implant area and the pain mostly happens with movements. Currently, she is taking "Cefakind 500" as antibiotics, vitamin supplements such Shelcal-xt, iron multivitamin capsule and CTD-6.25(may be for swelling in her leg). Could you please advise some further tests if required or anything she should take ? Thank you.

I am a private school teacher.. I need to stand at least 8 hours a day.. Can I continue standing with this grade 2 degeneration of posterior horn medical meniscus because I don't want to do another job except teaching Is degeneration a common issue in old persons? what is the difference between meniscus degeneration and tear? I got this problem because I fell from my bike at rest. From that day onwards I'm getting mild pain while standing.. I have a habit of doing squats and side lunges. Can I continue doing squats and lunges?

Hi I am Joel frm Hyderabad. I met with an accident during paragliding landing in Manali. I got fractures on the right side of the pelvic.I got admitted in AIIMS Delhi & operated in March. It's been 2 months since my operation was done. As of now i don't have any side effects except muscle pains. I was suggested to consult in Medicover as it is far to visit AIIMS Delhi. My consultation was over in Medicover Hyderabad, x-ray was taken and the ko doctor told me there is an improvement in bone growth but wait for 4 more weeks to start weight bearing walking. ( Currently I'm walking with 1 leg using a walker) I feel good because I'm able to move my right leg, lift it by myself while doing physiotherapy. Sometimes i feel discomfort near the stitches area. My question is will I get any bone pain when I walk with my second leg? Also when can I start planning for kids? When should I get the screws and plates removed? Please give me suggestions for a healthy life and maintain this injury

Recently i did mri it shows d11 d12 disk space reduced and bulge what to do how many months i have to rest my ortho said u can continue workout with light weight whats ur opinion

Greetings of the day sir / ma'am. I'm a 35 year old male, 167 cm & 95 kilo with no comorbidities. About 22 days back I met with a bike accident & got injured in my right knee. The local doctor prescribed pain killer & Tendosan3 tab (1-0-1) by diagnosing as minor ligament injury by physical verification. My symptoms were - swelling in my right knee & mild pain with very less strength & difficulty in walking. After the medicine course of 20 days when my symptoms didn't subside, he suggested for MRI the summary of which I'm mentioning below. Also I'm attaching the paper report of my right knee MRI which was done 22 days after the accident - 1) UNDISPLACED FRACTURE OF THE FIBULAR HEAD WITH ADJACENT MARROW EDEMA 2) MILD JOINT EFFUSION & PRE-PATELAR SOFT TISSUE EDEMA. I understand it might be difficult to evaluate such online without the MRI plates but please be kindhearted to give an idea what could be my possible treatment procedures. Regards.

Hi, I delivered a baby through c section 2 years ago and have been experiencing pain in my knees since then. I was absolutely fine prior to my delivery. Please suggest solution for this. The pain is sometimes a lot and sometimes it's bearable

From last 4 month i am feeling Pain & Numbness, tingling sensation in my right Leg, Calf, lower back,Hip. There is no strength in right leg as compared to left leg. I have done MRI today. It shows Lumbar Spondylosis with level disc protrusion at L4/L5 and L5/S1. Please tell me which doctor i should consult for these treatment. I am in the pain from last 4 month.

One year back, I fell down from height in standing position, and my foot hit the ground hardly. The pain lasted for 1 week. Form then, if i stand for long time, i have light muscle pain on the bottom heel muscle and it is continuously there for an year. Is it okay or do i need to take any treatment.
