Sudden lump on tibia - no trauma
Recently I noticed a lump on my left tibia (more medial side, but still the front part). It feels as if it is apart of the bone and doesn't move. It's about 1.5 inches long and can't be seen, but can be felt. I have had no trauma, but have some pain associated with palpitating the area around it. Also have had hip pain and calf tightness.

Pain in the lower leg at night
