Last year I had a knee injury and whenever wait is applied I end up on the floor by my knee just giving up. And I just let it heal and it didn't really bother me after. But yesterday I went to a birthday and went down the waterslide. I collided with my brother and friends. And when I try to stand on my knee after I collapsed. I can't walk on it.

Buckling of your knee under your weight is called instability and points toward a ligament tear.ligaments like (but not limited to) acl ...could Tear under extreme force in young people and it is important to reconstruct them otherwise apart from the problem of instability you will end up damaging the knee cartilage and menisci.
This is not something you should ignore or wait for it to heal because a complete tear will not heal.
However this is all speculation at this point because no one can give you a diagnosis without examining you clinically and probably getting a mri later.
Next Steps
consult an orthopedic sports injury specialist who does knee arthroscopy.
Health Tips
avoid activities which may cause incidents of knee buckling as every time your knee buckles you may damage structures inside your knee.
