My 1,25 Dihydroxy vitamin d3 level is 85
My 1,25 Dihydroxy vitamin d3 is 85 pg/ ml and my vitamin D profile is low. D2- .52, D3- 7.14, D- 7.25 . What can I do.

You will have to take vitamin d3 supplements ususally oral usually with calcium supplements. If u have any symptoms the option to take injectable vitamin d3 will depend on severity of symptoms. Usually 60 000 units of d3 are given orally once per week for 6 weeks.it is easily available as granules or capsules in this dose.

visit an orthopedician if u have any symptoms and for a proper prescription.

if u r a vegetarian u will have to take d 3 supplements and b 12 supplements lifelong at periodic intervals . however there is such a thing as d3 overdose called hypervitaminosis. so visit a orthopedician for a  longterm supplementation and how to plan it out.
