I was on trek for sat n sun and now there is swelling in the thumb of my left foot. During trek i got hurt as my nail was big but then i cut it but still its paining and selling is there.

Left knee ligament tear
I met an accident one year before and now find some problems after taking MRI as below,
1. chronic partial ACL tear.
2.Strain at the PCL at the femoral end.
please suggest me, if i need a surgery or not?
