I have left thigh muscles pain . I am a gym trainer. I can seat at home . Please need Ur guidance. Also need a specific doctor who can understand my query.

Its hard to walk. Anyhow walking with stick Acute pain in both knee and back I also have heart problem. Full body swallow in morning

Left hand finger(ungali) swelled due to volleyball hit directly on finger.its not much paining as I can do my work.but it's not completely fit and like my other finger and it's little swelling their after 2 month.how we care it completely.

Hello I have joined gym 15 days ago where I used to do cardiovascular exercise only with some abs and plank exercise.. I have a continuous pain on my middle left one side back pain it's feel like someone should press that particular area I feel relaxed. I tried hot oil massage ice packs but there in no relief.. May u please suggest what should I do now I haven't taken any pill yet.if there is any pill if u can prescribe or any other suggestions.

Recently I noticed a lump on my left tibia (more medial side, but still the front part). It feels as if it is apart of the bone and doesn't move. It's about 1.5 inches long and can't be seen, but can be felt. I have had no trauma, but have some pain associated with palpitating the area around it. Also have had hip pain and calf tightness.
