HELLO, IT'S  DUE TO NERVE WHICH ARE EFFECTED BY DIABETES. PHYSIOTHERAPY THERAPY IS BEST. TABLET TRAMADOL TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER ORAS REQUIRED. POOR CONTROL OF SUGAR. ADVICE HBA1C FROM BLOOD. CONSULT YOUR TREATING DOCTOR. O.K, BYE.
